Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA)
Create Ceramics Wolwespruit is committed to transparency and compliance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000) (“PAIA”) and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Our PAIA Manual explains the types of records we hold, how personal information is processed, and the procedure for requesting access to records held by our business.

Access to Information
In terms of PAIA, members of the public may request access to records held by Create Ceramics Wolwespruit, subject to the provisions of the Act.
Requests must be submitted using the prescribed request forms available from the South African Information Regulator.
Each request will be considered in accordance with PAIA and applicable legislation.
Records We Hold
Our records include, but are not limited to:
- Customer booking information
- Financial and accounting records
- Employee records
- Supplier information
- Operational and administrative records
- Website and booking system records
- Corporate event and function records
Holding these records does not automatically entitle a requester to access them. Every request is assessed in accordance with PAIA.
Protection of Personal Information
We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Personal information is collected only for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Managing bookings and reservations
- Processing payments
- Customer communication
- Employee administration
- Supplier management
- Compliance with South African legislation

Requesting Access to Records
Anyone wishing to request access to records held by Create Ceramics Wolwespruit must:
- Complete the prescribed PAIA request form (Form 2).
- Submit the completed form to the Information Officer.
- Pay any applicable request fee, where required.
- Await written confirmation of the outcome of the request.
Requests are processed within the timeframes prescribed by PAIA.
